COMMERCIAL USE

  • Commercial use of a commission includes but is not limited to merchandise, promotional use, game assets, cover art, streaming and video graphics.

  • Commercial use MUST be agreed upon prior to payment, clients have the option returning and purchasing commerical rights at any point past the date of completion.

  • Commercial work for AGENCIES will be subjected to an hourly rate fee rather than a flat commission price.

  • Visual development commission work, such as character design, must be discussed in order to decide final pricing, please click here to contact me or email me directly via [email protected].

  • Commercial commissions will be prioritized over personal commissions in the queue.

Terms & Conditions

Please read this section carefully and in FULL before proceeding with payment.

  • All prices and payments are in USD and sent via PayPal invoice.

  • As the artist, I retain the right to decline a commission.

  • As the artist, I retain the rights over my artwork, to post to my galleries/social media, to promote myself, etc. regardless of a commission/commercial project being cancelled.

  • No in-game currencies or art trades in exchange for commission work.

  • Until any kind of payment is done, your commission will not enter the queue.

  • Payments can be in full upfront or split in two. 50% upfront and the other 50% after the sketch is approved.

  • All payments are non-refundable. If, for any reason you wish to cancel the commission, any money paid to me will be non-refundable and the commission will be halted at the point it's at.

  • Any changes aside from minor colour tweaks past the approved sketch stage will have a fee applied. The fee will depend on the complexity of the change.

  • All artwork still belongs to me and may not be claimed or repurposed for commercial use unless discussed and payed for. However you're free to use the artwork for any personal use, like a personal keychain, mug, T-shirt, etc. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE NFT AND AI PURPOSES. NO NFT OR AI.

  • Completion time may vary depending on queue and complexity of the commission.

  • Please contact me for updates at least every 2 weeks, and limit contact to being related to the commission ONLY. Asking how I am is alright, but please do not treat our exchanges as anything more than professional!

  • NSFW Content (sexually explicit)

  • Heavy mecha

  • Heavy gore

  • Furry characters (anthropomorphic animals)

  • Offensive content (political, overtly religious, etc.)
